February isn't just about Valentines and Presidents, and what better way to prove it than to kick off the month with a Kids Belt Test! Congratulations to all of our Lil Dragons and Juniors students who earned their new ranks on Saturday.

We've still got a few more months to cover before we head into tournament season, so take a minute to read on and find out what's coming up at the Dojo this February.

One more congratulations goes out to our first Student of the Month winner of 2019... Congratulations Allen R.! Keep up the great work, and congratulations on earning your Blue Belt! (photo coming soon)

The biggest deal of the month is Early-Bird registration for Bully Blockers Ninja Camp 2019, which begins on Monday, February 11th! The dates for this year's camp to teach kids how to fight back against bullying and "stranger dangers" are Wednesday, July 31st through Friday, August 2nd, 8:00 am to Noon each day. Ninja Camp registration is open for all kids ages 5 to 11, and space is limited. Students can pick up a registration form at the front desk beginning on Monday. Online registration for the general public through the City of San Clemente's summer recreation programs begins on February 13th. Happy Lincoln's Day (Friday, 2/15) and Presidents Day (Monday, 2/18)! The Dojo will remain open and on regular schedule throughout the holiday weekend.

Did someone say Dojo Family Paintball? Mark your calendars for a (tentatively) scheduled day of play with all of our students ages 10+ and their families on Saturday, March 9th. Look for the signup sheet at the front desk by the end of this week.
